Introducing the K Rend Eco Range, a range of reduced cement render and mortar products. Designed with innovative cement replacement technology we have upgraded our formula for a range of our products to significantly reduce embodied carbon in the manufacturing process by up to 56%.
K POST
K Post a premium rapid setting concrete for securing metal, wood and concrete posts. Benefits include:
- Ready mixed, just add water
- 20kg eco friendly showerproof bags
- Cement replacement technology resulting in 56 kg CO2 per tonne saving
- 34% reduction in embodied carbon compared to grey cement-based postcrete/post fix products
GP Mix
Offering a new and improved formula with reduced drying times and improved workability, GP Mix is a general purpose drymix rendering and masonry mortar requiring only the addition of water and mixing prior to use. Benefits include:
- Cement replacement technology resulting in 1.38kg CO2 per tonne saving
- 44% reduction in embodied carbon
- Fine texture finish
Mineral TC
Mineral TC is a cement based, polymer modified, through-coloured mineral thin coat which provides an attractive, low maintenance finish. Benefits include:
- Mineral TC2 (Original) = 142 kg CO2 per tonne
- Mineral TC2 (current) = 62 kg CO2 per tonne reduction
- Cement replacement technology resulting in 80 kg CO2 per tonne reduction
- 56% reduction in embodied carbon compared to our original mineral TC2 formula
