Render was originally manufactured to protect properties from the elements giving a property greater durability and a longer lifespan. Through on going research and development K Rend has developed through coloured render products with silicone technology, offering a high degree of water repellency and an aesthetically pleasing low maintenance finish.

Our Silicone Thin Coat Range adds insulating properties to the building whilst enabling the substrate to breathe.

Silicone Thin Coat is a ready to use organic resin render which is applied to provide a low maintenance textured finish, particularly suitable for external wall insulation systems. Silicone TC holds the prestigious kitemark licence to BS EN15827:2009.

The Silicone Thin Coat range includes a primer and two different textures of render, Silicone TC 15 and Silicone TC 30.

The through coloured render uses the NCS colour system, an international colour system that gives an exact colour notation to describe colour precisely as it is seen.
