K Rend has the X Factor

Over the weekend we all watched the X Factor contestants battle it out to impress Simon Cowell and his panel of judges. With only two days to go before the live shows a mansion in Hadley Wood, North London, has just been set to be home for this year’s X Factor finalists.

The luxury property in London is owned by former rugby union star Kyran Bracken, who is renting his six-bed mansion to ITV for £3.5m. The attractive gated home with it’s exterior render in K Rend includes spacious reception rooms, four bathrooms and manicured gardens which have all been finished to a very high specification.

Let’s hope this house allows the contestants to see what living the high life is all about.
